摘要
设计合成了一种基于BODIPY和Hg2+络合体系的荧光传感器.由于Hg2+与含巯基的半胱氨酸(Cys)的络合能力比Hg2+与RS1的络合能力强,通过竞争以后RS1-Hg2+体系中的Hg2+被Cys夺取而后释放出RS1这一原理来达到检测有巯基的氨基酸(Cys)的目的.半胱氨酸的荧光检测极限为0.62μmol/L,这低于食品及药物管理局规定在化妆品方面的检测极限(1μmol/L).
A new fluorescent sensor based on BODIPY and Hg2+ is designed and synthesized .As the chelating ability of Hg2+ and the cysteine containing sulfydryl is stronger than that of Hg 2+ and RS1 ,the Hg2+ in the RS1-Hg2+ complex is captured by Cys ,resulting in the release of RS1 .Obviously ,this principle can be used to the detection of the Cys containing sulfydryl .The fluorescence detection limit value of cysteine is calculated as 0 .62μmol /L ,which is lower than the detection limit of cosmetics in the provisions of the Food and Drug Administration .
