摘要
作为一种环境指示生物,方形环棱螺在监测钱塘江水环境状况中有重要的意义.为了解钱塘江不同流域方形环棱螺种群密度与其生存水域水质状况之间的关系,于2013年7月采用样带法对钱塘江上游、中游和下游10个采样点方形环棱螺种群密度进行了调查,同时对相关水域水样进行水质状况分析.结果表明,钱塘江流域上游、中游和下游水体中方形环棱螺种群密度的分布存在着显著的差异,上游种群密度最高,中游其次,下游分布最少;钱塘江上游、中游和下游10个采样点不同水质指标有显著差异,水质指标COD、BOD5、氨氮、总磷、六价铬和石油类均是下游>中游>上游;同时,SPSS软件统计分析表明,方形环棱螺种群密度与水质指标COD、BOD5、总磷和石油类有明显的相关性(p<0.05).
As an environment indicator , Bellamya quadrata has an important significance for monitoring water environment of Qiantang River .In order to understand the relationships between B .quadrata population density and its survival status in different basins around Qiantang River ,the study investigated the population density of B .quadrata by the method of line transects in 10 sites around Qiantang River upstream ,midstream and downstream in July 2013 .The water samples of B .quadrata&#39;s survival environment were also collected for the analysis .The results show that there are significant differences of B .quadrata population density ,the upstream has the highest population density ,the midstream second and the downstream has minimum distribution .Water quality indexes of COD ,BOD5 ,ammonia nitrogen ,total phosphorus ,hexavalent chromium , and petroleum in 10 sites around Qiantang River are different , with the order of downstream&gt;midstream&gt;upstream .Then ,SPASS software analysis shows that the significant correlation occurs between the population density of B .quadrata and Qiantang River water quality indexes of COD ,BOD5 ,total phosphorus ,and petroleum(p&lt;0 .05) .
