This paper gave the definitions of the p-set families ,upper co-p-set topology and p-cover in hyperspace 2X . And using p-cover ,it obtained Rothberg-like ,Menger-like and Hurewicz-like selection principles of hyperspace 2X to upper co-p-set topology τ＋P .
