摘要
以金属氧化物ZrO2和Al2O3为助剂修饰Cu/SiO2催化剂,并考察其在乙醇一步法合成乙酸乙酯反应中对催化剂性能的影响.催化反应活性评价结果表明,以ZrO2为助剂的催化剂性能最佳.TPR和NH3-TPD结果表明,助剂ZrO2的加入不仅有利于提高铜的分散度和减小铜的粒径,还能为催化剂表面提供适量的酸中心.高分散的Cu0和适量的酸中心之间的配合作用是催化反应的关键.
Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by using ZrO2 and Al2O3 as promoters. It was found that the catalyst modified by ZrO2 exhibited the best catalytic performance in the reaction of one-step synthesis of ethanol to ethyl acetate. The introduction of ZrO2 could not only improve the dispersion of CuO and restrict the growth of Cu particle, but also provide a certain amount of the acid sites for the surface of catalysts. We suggested that the synergistic effect of Cu0 and amount of acidic sites was beneficial for the reaction.
