摘要
针对某厂E232型烟机因叶片的断裂而引起的停机,探索分析烟机叶片的有效方法,借助于有限元软件ANSYS对其进行应力分析及模态分析,找到烟机叶片应力最大值发生的部位以及叶片的动频率和阵型,有助于保证烟机长期、稳定、安全、高效和优质的运行.
According to the E232-type flue gas turbine in a factory stopped running caused by the fracture of the rotating blades,the effective method of flue gas turbine is explored. Using finite element software ANSYS for stress analysis and modal analysis to found the maximum stress which part of occurs of the flue gas turbine blades and obtained dynamic frequency of the blades and formations. It is ensure that the flue gas turbine could operation in a long-term, stable, safe, efficient and high-quality state.
