摘要
山西某矿目前所采用的锚杆索支护设计主要依据现场经验和工程类比,缺乏一定的理论分析和科学指导。针对这一问题,以该矿大断面碎裂厚煤顶煤巷3205回风巷道为对象,应用有限差分软件(FLAC3D),数值模拟分析了不同支护方案巷道围岩塑性区破坏范围、围岩应力分布特征和围岩变形位移情况,得出了最优支护方案并进行了现场应用。工程实践表明,该方案有效地控制了巷道的围岩变形,取得了良好的经济技术效果。
Cable anchor supporting design in some mine of Shaxi was currently based on field experience and engineering analogy, lack of certain theoretical analysis and scientific guidance. Based on this problem, the mine big thick coal caving roadway section rupture 3205 return aircourse was taken as an object, FLACw was used, different support scheme of roadway surrounding rock damage range of the plastic zone, displacement of surrounding reck stress distribution and deformation of surrounding rock were analyzed by numerical simulation, the optimal supporting scheme was got and applied on site. Engineering practice showed that the scheme could effectively control deformation of the surrounding rock of roadway and get good economic and technical effect.
