摘要
对矿渣活性激发机理进行研究分析,通过对比实验,研究了石膏和熟料在碱性外加剂的作用下,对矿渣活性激发的规律,从而研制出一种新型的尾砂胶结材料,并在同等条件下与P.O42.5和P.S.A32.5水泥进行强度对比。实验结果表明,在5%的碱性外加剂作用下,当石膏含量为20%,熟料含量为15%时,可以最大程度的激发矿渣活性,新型尾砂胶结材料实验强度可达到水泥强度的10倍以上,大大降低充填采矿成本,提高充填体强度,对矿山充填开采的发展起到重要推动作用。
Mine slag activity excitation mechanism was studied and analyzed, through the contrast experiment, gypsum and clinker stimulating the activity of slag was studied under the action of alkaline admixture, one new backfilling cementing material was developed, and compared with P.O42.5 and P.S.A32.5 cement intensity. The experimental results showed that under the effect of 5% alkaline admixture, Gypsum content was 20%, when the clinker content was 15%, the slag could be stimulated to the greatest degree of activity, the technology could improve the strength of filling body, play an important role on the development of filling mining.
