摘要
由于井下用水没有规律可循,使用水地点也比较分散,很难控制水泵压力。为了解决这一问题,决定对井下多泵调压进行集中电气控制,为井下各个地区供水,通过可编程控制器PLC软件梯形图开发环境和运用环境,绘制多泵调压供水电气系统原理图,编制I/O设备地址分配表,并进行PLC程序设计、应用与调试,最后对井下供水泵进行集中控制改造。这不仅可以实现对井下供水系统自动化控制,而且可以减轻职工劳动强度。
Due to underground water without any rules to follow, water locations were more dispersed, it was difficult to control the pump pressure. To solve this problem, the decision of downhole pump more centrally electric control, voltage regulator for each part of the underground water supply, through the programmable controller PLC ladder diagram software development environment and application environment, more pump pressure regulating water supply electrical system schematic diagram was drew, a list of the I/Odevice address allocation and PLC program design, application and debugging were prepared, finally to centrally control for underground water pumps. The technology implemented the underground water system automation control, and can reduce the worker labor intensity.
