摘要
以瑞隆矿多绳摩擦提升机首绳更换为例,通过对传统换绳工艺与快速换绳新工艺的分析比较,得出快速换绳工艺用时短、效率高等优点。瑞隆矿通过采用快速换绳工艺,将传统稳车放绳更换为BHS型换绳装置,节约了大量人力、物力,提高了换绳效率,为类似情况提供经验借鉴。
Multiple rope friction hoist first rope fast change of Ruilong Mine was taken as an example, through analysis and comparison of traditional rope change technology and rope fast change new process, fast change rope technology with advantages of short period and high efficiency was got. Through the new rope fast change technology, Ruilong Mine changed traditional steady vehicles rope into BHS model rope device, which saved a large amount of manpower and material resources, improved the efficiency of the changing rope, provided the experience and reference under the similar situation.
