摘要
水泥厂预分解窑窑内结圈会对窑系统的连续运转、热工制度稳定及生产效率造成较大影响。针对这一问题,结合生产实际,对窑内结圈的危害及原因进行了多方面分析,并针对结圈的原因,提出了解决措施。通过这些措施的实施,有效解决窑内结圈问题,实现预分解窑系统的连续稳定运转。
Ring cement precalcining kiln stove exerted influence for continuous operation of the kiln system, thermal stability and production efficiency. In order to solve this problem, combined with the actual production, dangers of ring and their causes were analyzed in many aspects, and in view of the causes of circle, the solutions were put forward. Through the implementation of these measures, effectively solved the kiln ring problem, realized continuous stable operation of precalcining kiln system.
