摘要
平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司一矿(以下简称平煤股份一矿)已经开采55年,开采逐渐向深部转移,矿山压力加大,存在深部岩巷支护技术难题。针对这一问题,从客观地质条件、岩石力学性质、主观的掘进施工工艺等方面分析了岩巷破坏原因,并提出了锚网索喷、注浆支护技术方案,有效控制了的矿井岩石巷道变形破坏,节约了巷修费用,保证了安全生产。
No. 1 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Mining Industry Corporation Ltd. had mined for 55 a, mining gradually shifted to deep, with increasing mining pressure and deep rock tunnel supporting technology problems. Based on this problem, from objective geological conditions, rock mechanics properties, the drivage construction technology, the subjective aspects of rock damage reason was analyzed, spray anchor net cable, grouting supporting technology solution was put forward, which effectively controlled the damage of mine rock deformation in roadway, saved the lane repair costs, ensured the safety in production.
