硝酸生产氮氧化物减排技术

摘要 概述了硝酸生产及氮氧化物排放情况,介绍了氮氧化物的危害、国家排放标准及相关政策法规,分析了影响硝酸尾气氮氧化物排放量的因素,结合生产实际,综述了氮氧化物减排技术,提出应采用先进的双加压硝酸生产工艺替代常压法等落后装置,合理调优成品酸的浓度、降低吸收温度等工艺操作参数,采用选择性催化还原法治理硝酸氮氧化物,实现氮氧化物稳定达标排放。 The production of nitric acid and the discharge of nitrogen oxides were summaried,the harm, the national discharge standard and the related policies and regulations about NOx were introduced,the influence factors of NOx discharge amounts in nitric acid tail gas were analyzed,and from production practical experience,the nitrogen oxides treatment technology was reviewed.It was put forward that the advanced dual-pressure nitric acid process should be instead of atmospheric- pressure method,threugh adjusting the concentration of nitric acid and reducing absorption temperature and other operating parameters, the selective catalytic reduction method was adopted to control nitrate nitrogen oxide thereby realizing the nitrogen oxides discharge according with standard.
