摘要
研究中华剑角蝗肠道内生真菌Penicillium oxalicum的次级代谢产物.通过溶剂提取法和多种色谱方法分离单体化合物,并利用现代波谱技术和理化性质进行结构鉴定.分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为1,10-dihydroxy-8-methyl-dibenz[b,e]oxepin-6,11-dione(1),大黄酚(2),柳胺酚(3),邻乙酰氨基苯甲酸(4),3,5-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-pyridine(5),对羟基苯乙酰胺(6),烟酸(7),环(丙氨酸-异亮氨酸)(8),环(丙氨酸-亮氨酸)(9).所有化合物均为首次从该属菌种中分离得到.
To study secondary metabolites from Penicillium oxalicum of Acrida cinerea endophytic fungus.The compounds were isolated by different solvent extraction and chromatographic methods.Their structures were identified by modern spectral technology and physicochemical properties.Nine compounds were obtained and identified as 1,10-dihydroxy-8-methyl-dibenz[b,e] oxepin-6,11-dione (1),chrysophanol (2),osalmid (3),N-acetamidobenzoic acids (4),3,5-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-pyridine (5),phydroxyphenylacetamide (6),nicotinic acid (7),cyclo (L-Ala-L-Ile) (8),cyclo (L-AlaL-Leu) (9).All the compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus of Penicillium oxalicum for the first time.
