贵州省侗族、土家族和仡佬族13项遗传性状分析

Analyzing about genetic traits among Dong nationality,Gelao nationality and Tujia nationality in Guizhou

调查了贵州省侗族59例、仡佬族53例、土家族发型53例大学生的耳垂、卷舌、前额发际、发旋、拇指类型、环食指长、双手嵌合、上眼睑、酒窝、惯用手、发型、耳耵聍、红绿色盲13项遗传性状的基因频率.结果显示,有8项性状的隐性基因频率在3个民族中均为隐性高于显性;3个民族的性状分布在男性和女性中无显著性差异;贵州侗族中耳垂与酒窝显著相关,双手嵌合与酒窝、耳垂与惯用手、环食指长与惯用手极显著相关;仡佬族中耳垂与卷舌、耳垂与惯用手、前额发际与惯用手、发旋与惯用手、环食指长与惯用手极显著相关;土家族中性状间无显著相关性.3个民族的性状基因频率与国内其他民族存在差异,具有独特的遗传性状特征.

To investigate for the gene frequency about ear lobe type,curly sides of tongue,hair point of the forehead,hair vortex,thumb type,palmar digital formula,hand clasping,eye fold of the upper eyelid,dimples,handedness,hair form,cerumen and red green color blindness through 59,53 and 53 college students among population of Dong nationality,Gelao nationality and Tujia nationality in Guizhou.The results showed that recessive gene frequencies of 8 traits were higher than dominant gene frequency and the distribution of 12 traits had no remarkable difference in gender among all three nationalities; there had remarkable relevance between ear lobe type and dimples but had extremely remarkable relevance between hand clasping and dimples,ear lobe type and handedness,palmar digital formula and handedness in Dong nationality; there had extremely remarkable relevance between ear lobe type and curly sides of tongue,ear lobe type and handedness,hair point of the forehead and handedness,hair vortex and handedness,palmar digital formula and handedness in Gelao nationality; there had no remarkable relevance in Tujia nationality.The gene frequency existed differences among nationalities in China and the 3 nationalities had different genetic characteristics.
