摘要
文章从知识获取视角,通过对图书馆用户参与和服务创新的研究成果进行梳理,实证研究网络环境下,基于信息通信技术(ICT)的图书馆微博用户参与对服务创新绩效的内在影响机制,探索现代图书馆的服务创新之路。通过对浙江省杭州市萧山高教园区的4所高职院校图书馆内205位各个专业的学生进行问卷调查,结构方程建模分析,结果发现:基于微博互动平台的用户参与对知识获取有显著影响,用户知识获取对图书馆服务创新具有显著地正向影响作用。知识获取在用户参与和图书馆服务创新中起到了关键的中介作用。
In this paper, by reviewing the early research results of user participation and service innovation, from the perspective of knowledge acquisition, the author has empirically researched the internal influence mechanism of library users' microblog participation and service innovation performance in the network environment, trying to find the ways of modern library service innovation based on information and communications technology (ICT). Through the questionnaire survey of 205 various professional students in 4 higher vocational college library in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province, and structural equation modeling analysis, it is found that: based on microblog interactive platform, user participation has a significant influence on knowledge acquisition; user knowledge acquisition has a significantly positive influence on the library service innovation. That is to say, Knowledge acquisition had played a key intermediary role in user participation and library service innovation.
