生态文明制度建设研究综述——基于党的十八大以来的研究文献

Research on Establishment of Rules of Ecological Civilization——Based on Documents in the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC

党的十八大报告突出了生态文明建设的地位,明确提出加强生态文明制度建设。由此,学界掀起了对生态文明制度建设研究的热潮,围绕其内涵、框架体系、建设路径及制度设计的局限性等方面展开研究,取得了丰富的理论成果,但同时也存在一些不足。今后应进一步深化研究内容、拓宽研究视角、细化研究对象、加强研究成果的应用,从而提高生态文明制度建设研究的针对性、可操作性和应用性,更好地为我国生态文明制度建设提供有益帮助。

The report of the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC highlights the position of ecological civilization and emphasizes on construction of it. Then, centering on its connotation, frame system, path of establishment and limit, many scholars are hot for the research on establishment of rules of ecological civilization, getting abundant theoretical achievements, as well as existing some shortages. In later research, we should deepen content, broaden vision angle, refine object, and enhance achievement, consequently, improving the pertinence, operability and applicability of the establishment of rules, and providing useful help for it.
