党员理想信念与社会主义核心价值观的调研与思考——以山西省直机关处级干部为例

Survey and Reflect on Party Member's Ideal and Faith and Socialist Core Values——Take Cadres on Department Level

有关调研表明,绝大多数处级干部党员明确党员的理想信念,但也有人对基本概念不太明确;绝大多数处级干部党员对理想信念特征的认知深刻,但也有一些人认识肤浅;绝大多数处级干部党员对社会主义核心价值观的认识明确,但也有一些人认识模糊。在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观中坚定党员理想信念,要按照社会主义核心价值观的要求制定经济社会发展的各项制度,立足于中国优秀传统文化提升党员干部的人文道德修养,增强党校教学的针对性和形式的多样性。

Some surveys show that most cadres on department level confirm the party member＇s ideal and faith and comprehend it deeply, while some of them don ;t. Most of them understand the socialist core values clearly, but some of them also don＇t. So, we should cultivate the socialist core values, strengthen party member＇s ideal and faith, lay down rules and systems according to it, promote cadres＇ literary quality based on Chinese traditional culture, then enhance the pertinence and diversity of teaching in party school.
