Construction of Defensive Mechanism on Pledge Risk of Intellectual Property

知识产权质押和传统质押的本质性差别在于质押标的物的无形性。知识产权质押已成为科技型企业获得融资的一种新型方式,其实施过程中会带来价值波动、市场交易制度缺失、权利特性等风险。完善我国知识产权质押风险防范机制,应健全政府服务机制,构建风险共担机制,建立知识产权评估体系,不断创新金融机构服务。

The difference between pledge of intellectual property and traditional pledge lies on the invisibility of pledge. The former one has been a new way to finance for scientific and technological enterprises. But there are some risks,such as value fluctuation,lack of system of market transaction and particularity of rights,etc. To perfect the defensive mechanism on pledge risk of intellectual property, we should amplify service mechanism of government, construct risk sharing mechanism, establish evaluation system of intellectual property, and innovate service of financial institution.
