摘要
后勤管理是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,是维系学校正常运行的枢纽,而"以人为本"的服务理念则是高校后勤管理工作的出发点和归宿。实践中,高校后勤管理部门要处理好管理与被管理的关系、服务与被服务的关系、严格与宽容的关系,坚持"以人为本、服务至上"的管理理念,构建人本化后勤服务体系,以期为高校教学、科研工作的顺利开展提供有力保障。
Logistic management plays an important part in university management, and it makes the whole school operate normally. The idea of "people first" is the start and purpose for the university logistic management. So, in practice, the logistics department should handle some relationships, such as management and being managed, service and being served, strictness and tolerance. We must insist the idea of "people first, service highest" and construct human-oriented logistic service system, providing powerful guarantee for university teaching and researching.
