催化裂化装置非计划停工原因分析与探讨

Cause analysis and discussion on non-planned shutdown of catalytic cracking unit

对催化裂化装置非计划停工原因进行统计分析,发现造成非计划停工的原因主要为电力、主风机组故障、特殊阀门和设备故障等。结合实际操作经验,提出了系列优化操作措施,有效的降低了非计划停工事故的发生,收到良好的效果。

This paper made statistic analysis to the cause for non-planned shutdown of catalytic cracking unit,and found that the causes for the non-planned shutdown are mainly the electric power,main blower unit failure,and special valve and equipment fault. Based on actual operation experience,series of optimized operation measures were put forward,the occurrence of nonplanned shutdown accidents were effectively reduced,good result was obtained.
