摘要
阐述了大庆石化公司炼油厂1.4 Mt/a催化裂化装置2台CO焚烧式余热锅炉过热器超温的危害,结合多年生产运行数据,分析了过热器超温的原因,并采取的有效的防范措施。
This paper expounded hazard by overheating of the two CO incineration heat recovery boilers’superheaters in the 1.4Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company Oil Refinery,analyzed the cause for superheater overheating based on production and operation data in many years,and effective preventive measures was adopted.
