The negative differential expansion of turboset in the thermal power plant was off-standard. The condition and parameters of this turboset was analyzed in this paper,reasonable modification was made to gland leak-off and thermal system pipeline,the problems of off-standard turboset’s negative differential expansion and the sixth extraction opening overheating were solved and the safe and smooth operation of the turboset was ensured.
