摘要
本文利用歧义容忍度量表和外语阅读策略问卷对英语学习者进行了调查,并对收集到的数据做了统计分析。研究结果表明:歧义容忍度与各阅读策略间呈正相关关系,歧义容忍度对认知策略的影响最大,其次是对元认知策略和社交/情感策略的影响。研究还发现高低歧义容忍度组在"认知策略"的选择和运用上有显著性差异。
The article investigated English learners through Second Language Tolerance of Ambiguity Scale and foreign language reading strategy questionnaire, and analyzed the collected data. The findings show: there are sig- nificant correlations between tolerance of ambiguity and the respective reading strategies; and the influence of tol- erance of ambiguity on cognitive strategy is the biggest, the following is respectively on meta-cognitive strategy and social/affective strategy. And the study also finds that there is a significant difference existing in choosing and using "cognitive strategy" between high- and low- tolerance of ambiguity levels.
