摘要
船舶轴系设计的理论中心线是指导轴系敷设的理论依据,然而船舶在建造、航行过程中会因为外界或人为因素导致船舶轴系的实际中心线与理论中心线发生较大偏离,通常我们称这种现象为轴系失中。一旦出现这种轴系失中,将会导致轴系振动加剧,各轴承负荷改变甚至烧毁,最终使船舶失去动力而无法航行。本文分析了造成船舶轴系失中的原因,并提出了对失中后的轴系进行修复的方案,从而为船舶的航行安全和船员的生命安全提供有力保障。
Shafting is installed based on theoretical centerline of ship shafting design. But if there is large deviation between actual centerline and theoretical centerline of shafting due to artiifcial factors, which is known as shafting misalignment, it will intensify shafting vibration, change bearing’s load or even burn shafting and ifnally make the ship lose power and unable to navigate. This paper analyzes the cause for ship shafting alignment and puts forward repair method for it to ensure ship’s safe navigation.
