基于近红外光谱的炮口火焰检测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对火炮出口处火焰光检测的问题,结合光电检测原理,从应用学角度出发,提出了一种基于硅光电池检测近红外火焰光的设计方法。利用精密仪表放大器对信号进行放大整形,通过嵌入式控制器将火焰光模拟信号AD转换的结果实时显示与存储。实验结果表明,该检测方法可实现对火炮出口处火焰光检测并能显示其光的强弱。 Aiming at the flame detection at the gun exit, combined with the photoelectric detection principle, this paper presents a design of the silicon photocell detection based on the near infrared flame from the perspective of application. The signal amplification shaping was fulfilled by the precision instrumentation amplifier, and the real-time display and storage of the flame optical analog signal AD conversion results were realized through the embedded controller. The results show that this method can realize the detection of the flame at the gun exit and display the intensity of light.
