骨形态发生蛋白-2在骨科的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对近年来国内外有关骨形态发生蛋白2诱导成骨分化的研究现状以及其在骨科相关疾病治疗中的应用研究进行分析。方法:应用计算机检索CNKI、CBM数据库和Pubmed数据库中2000-01/2013-01关于骨形态发生蛋白2的文章,以"骨形态蛋白-2;成骨分化;骨缺损"或"bone morphogenetic protein 2,osteogenic differentiation,bone fracture"为关键词进行检索。选择近13年内关于骨形态发生蛋白2的近期发表或发表在权威杂志的文章。手工检索相关的中英文骨科杂志和会议论文。纳入与骨形态发生蛋白-2有关的骨缺损、骨折愈合的文献,排除重复文献。结果:计算机初检得到95篇文献,根据纳入排除标准,对骨形态发生蛋白2在骨折愈合、骨的再生和修复等领域的研究文献进行分析。骨形态发生蛋白2能诱导间充质细胞、前成骨细胞和肌肉细胞等成骨分化,而且对软骨损伤的修复也具有一定作用。结论:骨形态发生蛋白2在急性骨折、骨组织再生和修复上发挥着重要的作用,在骨科领域中具有潜在的应用前景。但是对骨缺损的重建及其作用机制仍需进一步的实验研究。
