苏南部分地区稻谷中多环芳烃分布特征及风险评价 被引量:2

Distribution Characteristics and Risk Assessment of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Rough Rices from Some Areas of the Southern Jiangsu Province

摘要 在苏南部分地区采集稻谷样品12组,利用高效液相液相色谱对15种PAils进行分析测定,并对其分布特征及风险评价进行研究。结果表明:15种PAHs浓度水平为124.85~344.38ng/g,平均值为200.80ng/g,地区分布的差异性比较明显;单体PAHs以菲、芴和荧蒽等3-4环为主;具有致癌性的多环芳烃单体在稻谷中普遍检出,且有一个样品中苯并(a)芘超出我国食品污染物限量标准,研究区域内稻谷样品存在一定的潜在风险。 Twelve rough rice samples were collected from some areas of the Southern Jiangsu Province and 15 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were analyzed by means of high performance liquid chromatography, followed with the study of distribution characteristics and risk assessment. Total concentrations of 15 kinds of PAHs were 124.85~344.38 ng/g,200.80 ng/g in average, indicating significant relation to geographical distribution. PAHs with 3 to 4 rings such as phenanthrene,fluorene and fluoranthene were relatively abundant. Carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can be detected in all samples, and the content of Benzo(a) pyrene in one sample exceeded the national standard of the maximum limited contaminants in food, rough rice samples in the study area may pose potential health risk to local residents.
