小井眼大修工艺在老2-7-18CZ井的应用

摘要 江汉油田近几年来针对套损井大力开展51/2"套管内开窗侧钻和悬挂4"套管完井。4"套管内径86mm,在修井过程中存在井眼小、常规井打捞工具及打捞管柱外径尺寸受限,无法完成4"套管内大修作业。老2-7-18CZ井是一口开窗侧钻井,修井过程中在4"套管中出现双鱼顶,通过设计、加工相应的套铣打捞工具,可实现Φ86mm小井眼内的打捞;针对双鱼顶落物在无法打捞情况下,应首先采用磨洗方法处理鱼顶。 In recent years, sidetracking inside 51/z" casing and completion by suspension of 4" casing have been done aiming to casing damage wells in Jianghan Oilfield. inner diameter of 4" casing is 86 mm in size, which limits the si- zes of both fishing tools for conventional wells and outer diameter of fishing assembly, not enabling workover to be done due to its small hole. In the course of workover of Lao 2--7--18CZ Well, which is one through window sidetracking, double fish tops came up in 4" casing. Corresponding milling fishing tools have been developed in respond to the problero. They are helpful in the process of downhole fishing in cI^86mm slim hole. It is necessary to use grinding method to deal with double fish tops.
