摘要
井工厂模式是的一种高效钻井模式,能在有限的场地内,通过钻机短距离平移,达到钻多口水平定向井的目的。分析50D纵向平移式钻机、50DB横向平移式钻机和70D爬行钻机平移时各自的优缺点,提出并解决了钻机平移时所遇到的2类问题:一是提高水泥基础的质量、水平度和平整性;二是整改相关的管汇连接和电缆连接。
Well factory pattem is used in drilling multiple horizontal directional wells in the limited site by a short distant translational motion of the rig. On the basis of analysis of 50D longitudinal motion rig, 50DB horizontal motion rig and 70D crawling rig, solutions to the problems the rigs are encountering in translational motion has been found. enhancing cement base in terms of its quality, levelness and smoothness and modifying relevant manifold joint and cable link
