摘要
塔河油田属于奥陶系油气藏,所生产的原油大多为高含硫化氢,易凝高粘原油。为降低粘度,改善流动性,加热保温输送是目前正在使用的技术。对于这种热油输送的管道腐蚀问题,一直以来都是防腐作业的重要组成部分。从长输热油管道的保温、外防腐以及阴极保护等所需考虑的因素出发,通过对热传导机理及金属管道腐蚀机理的分析,结合对管道外部周围环境腐蚀性的数据比较,并且广泛了解、分析以及比较目前已有的防腐材料的防腐性能,最终完成给定长输热油管道的防腐工艺设计。
Tahe Oilfield is Ordovician hydrocarbon reservoir. Most of its crude oil contains lots of sulfuretted hydrogen and is condensative and hyperviscous. Heating transportation technology is now in use to improve liquidity of crude oil by lowering its viscosity. Pipeline corrosion in the hot oil transportation has been a pressing problem anti--corro- sion operation must deal witl~ To finish the anti--corrosion process design, the author has put such factors into con- sideration as heat prevention of long--distance pipeline, corrosion prevention outside the pipeline and cathode protec- tion, analyzed the heat transfer mechanism and metallic conduit corrosion mechanism and studied anti--corrosion properties of existing anti--corrosion materials.
