With a focus on the research of management mode for ＂Three basics＂ work, the author analyzes different methods for it, discusses its objective law and presents the method for managing the issues related to ＂Three Basics＂ work by means of the thought of materialistic dialectic, thus changing traditional ＂Deming Cycle＂ into ＂Three Basics Cycle＂, which provides a reference for studying ＂Three Basics＂ work, helps grassroots managers enhance their un- derstanding and contributes to forming a long--acting management mechanism.
