摘要
本文围绕专业情意、专业知识、专业技能、专业发展环境、专业意向和自我规划等五方面分析了西部贫困地区中小学英语教师专业发展的现状,并查找了原因,提出了建议。
This study aims to study and analyze the current situation of primary and secondary school English teachers' professional development in the western poverty-stricken areas from the following five aspects:professional sensibility, professional knowledge, professional skills, professional development environment as well as teachers' professional self-direction and self-planning. Furthermore, the possible causes and solutions are supposed to be explored.
