摘要
人性化服务是现代图书馆发展的必然要求和发展趋势,是图书馆永无止境的追求。本文阐述了图书馆人性化服务的含义及其必要性,并从硬环境和软环境两方面就如何加强公共图书馆人性化服务提出了一系列对策。
The humanistic service is the inevitable requirement of modern library development and the development trend of libraries. It is the endless pursuit of the development of libraries. This thesis expounds the connotation and the necessity of humanistic service of public libraries, and this thesis puts forward a series of countermeasures from the two aspects of the hard environment and soft environment of public libraries on how to strengthen the humanistic public library services.
