摘要 建立高脂血症大鼠模型,通过检测大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平等指标,研究表明:一定浓度的竹叶黄酮具有显著辅助降血脂的作用,且首次发现竹叶黄酮的浓度与降脂活性并不存在依赖性关系.浓度不同的竹叶黄酮对高脂血症大鼠的不同血脂指标影响具有明显差异,24%竹叶黄酮具有显著降低大鼠血清的TC,TG,LDL-C水平和提高血清的HDL-C水平;43%竹叶黄酮可显著提高试验大鼠血清HDL-C浓度和降低血清的TC浓度.研究结果对竹叶黄酮降脂产品的开发提供必要的理论依据. In order to study the hypolipidemic effects of flavonoids from bamboo leaves on hyperlipidimia model rat for lipid-lowering product development,we established high blood lipid model rat and made random groups according to TC level.The TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C levels in serum and other related indicators were determined.After intervention experiment of 4 weeks,compared with model group,24% bamboo leaf flavonoids significantly reduce TC,TG,LDL-C and raise HDL-C levels in serum;43% flavonoids from bamboo leaves can significantly increase HDL-C and decreased TC levels in serum.Appropriate dose bamboo leaf flavonoids have significant lipid-lowering effects.The study also found that the concentration of flavonoids from bamboo leaves is not positively correlated with lipid lowering activity.
