摘要
针对桐乡某皮草公司不同生产过程产生的废水水质特征和回用要求,提出了对废水进行分质收集、分质处理的方案.在此方案的基础上,针对需要深度处理的这部分废水,重点研究了臭氧-混凝组合工艺对皮草废水的处理效果,确定了最佳工艺条件.需要深度处理的废水主要为深色废水,占废水总量的20%~30%.结果表明:臭氧-混凝组合工艺的最佳工艺条件为:pH为9,PAC为30mg/L,PAM为2 mg/L,臭氧曝气时间为10 min,臭氧投加量为220 g/t,在此条件下,废水色度去除率为98%,COD去除率为48%,实践证明出水水质能够满足回用要求。
According to the characteristics of wastewaters generated by different processing in certain leather processing plant in Tongxiang county,a wastewater depth treatment plan concerning quality collection and sub quality treatment of wastewater was worked out.Optimum conditions of the ozone-coagulation oxidation for depth treatment of wastewater were investigated to improve the Wastewater reuse rate and the the process availability.The wastewater,mainly the dark water,which needs depth treatment is about 20% to 30% of the total wastewater.The best removal rates of color and COD were over 98% and 48%,respectively,under using ozone and coagulation combined process with pH at 9,PAC dosage of 30 mg/L,PAM of 1.0 mg/L,and ozone concentration of 2 g/h with 10min contact time.The practices have proven that the effluent quality can meet the requirements for industrial reuse.
