坚硬顶板滑移桁架切顶无墙留巷与密闭技术应用

摘要 通过矿山压力理论分析结合锚杆(索)设计方法,沿空留巷采用锚梁网联合支护配合单体液压支柱,十字铰接顶梁支护设计,利用专用留巷风障密闭采空区,实现沿空留巷无墙支护。通过现场矿压观测,修正了支护参数,创新的解决了荣泰矿坚硬顶板条件下留巷技术难题。对于类似地质条件下沿空留巷技术的实施提供了新的发展方向。 Through the mine pressure theory analysis, the design method of anchor rod (rope), gob-side entry retaining that combined support of bolt, bar, and wire mesh, cooperate with the design of single hydraulic prop and intersection hinge roof supporting, using special windbreak for airtight goaf, implemented no wall supporting. Through the mineral pressure observation, fixed a supporting parameters, and innovative solved the Rongtai Mine technical problems under the condition of hard roof. Implementing gob-side entryretaining technology, provided the new development direction for similar geological conditions.
