软岩巷道的支护设计与应用

摘要 为了解决枣园煤矿软岩巷道变形失稳的问题。根据软岩巷道变形失稳特征及枣园煤矿实际情况,提出了用预留变形量初步加固—围岩释放压力后二次加固的支护方法。采用UDEC数值模拟初步确定了初次支护后泄压时间,对比了常用支护方式的支护效果最后确定锚网喷+U型拱、底拱的支护方式;现场应用表明该支护方案有效地控制了巷道顶板的下沉和两帮的收敛,取得了预期的支护效果,为解决复杂条件软岩巷道支护问题提供了有效的方法。 In order to solve the problem of soft rock roadways deformation instability of Zaoyuan Mine, according to the characters of soft rock roadways deformation instability and practical experiences of Zaoyuan Mine, the reserve with initial deformation reinforcement-after the release of surrounding rock pressure supporting method of secondary reinforcement was put forward. The initial state of the numerical simulation was adopted to determine the time to release initial supporting pressure, after comparing the supporting effect commonly used anchoring and shotcreting support +U arch was fmally chosen; Field application showed that the support scheme could control the two sides of roadway roof subsidence and convergence effectively, the expected result of support was obtained, and the effective method to solve the problem of complex conditions of soft rock roadways support was provided.
