青霉素结晶工艺的优化

摘要 结晶是青霉素生产工艺中的关键步骤之一,一般均采用丁醇减压共沸蒸馏结晶工艺。对结晶过饱和度、结晶终点水分、青霉素G钾的水溶液(RB)性状等进行实验分析研究,结果表明当RB的pH值为6.4,RB-丁的效价为30万u/mL,结晶终点水分控制在0.6%~1.2%,采取养晶方式时,青霉素结晶工艺的控制达到最优化,能够最大限度地提高产品质量及收率,并有利于后续的三合一工序的进行。 The crystallization is one of key step of the penicillin production , it generally adopts the method of butanol decompressed azeotropic distiUation. Through the research and analysis on crystalline supersaturation, the final crystallization water content and nature of RB,the results showed that the crystalline process control was optimial when pH of RB was 6.4, the potency of RB- butanol solution was 300 000 units per millilitre, the final crystallization water conten was from 0.6% to 1.2%,thereby improving the product quality and yield and favoring the process of three-in-one.
