大学校园文化氛围之制度体系的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the System of the University Campus Culture

通过深度访谈和问卷调查的方式,以在福州工作的大学毕业生为考察对象,对构成大学校园文化氛围之制度体系的办学理念、校训、校歌以及学生奖助学金制度等四个要素影响力进行实证研究。结果显示,大学办学理念缺乏特色,校训不能充分彰显办学理念,校歌的教育功能被忽视,科学的现代大学管理制度尚未形成。因此,提出必须通过凝练办学理念,设计校训文化,发扬校歌教育功能,以至建立科学民主的大学章程,并通过以章程为核心的具体规章制度体系的建设和落实,形成富有特色的大学校园文化氛围。

An empirical research was conducted through in-depth interviews and questionnaires on university graduates who work in Fuzhou to study the influence of the four factors which constitute the atmosphere of the campus culture,including the educational philosophy,the motto,the anthem and the scholarship system.The results show that the university philosophy lacks its own features,the university motto fails to fully demonstrate educational philosophy,the university anthem neglects its educational function and the modern scientific university management system has not yet been formed.Therefore,the thesis puts forward that educational philosophy should be concise,the motto should be designed properly and the anthem should play its educational functions to establish scientific and democratic university statutes and to develop a more distinctive campus culture by establishing and implementing the specific rules and regulations based on the general statutes.
