摘要
从城市设计的视角观察法定规划,探讨城市设计与法定规划的关系,认为城市设计是感性的过程,法定规划是理性的结果;提出城市设计应该是法定规划编制基础研究的重要构成部分,基于空间和场所价值研究的城市设计应该融入各层次的规划编制过程中,在此基础上形成的法定规划才是有效实用的规划。
From the perspective of urban design,this article reviews statutory plans and discusses their relation with urban design.Then,it points out that urban design is a mhore sensitive process,while statutory plans are more like a result of rational analysis.Accordingly,urban design should be one of the most essential elements that constitute the basic research of statutory plans.Urban design that is based on space and place evaluations should be integrated into the compilation processes of different levels of planning,and only by these efforts can statutory plans become effective and practical.
