文化生态保护区的理论基础与规划特征

THEORETICAL BASIS AND PLANNING CHARACTERISTICS OF CULTURAL ECOLOGICAL CONSERVATION AREA

文化生态保护区,是我国近年来对非物质文化遗产采取区域整体保护的一种有效的实践模式。作为一种新的规划类型,文化生态保护区规划的编制方法与技术尚不成熟。本文首先对文化生态整体保护理念的形成与发展进行了系统梳理,同时,就与文化生态保护区规划相关的包括文化生态学、文化地理学、城乡与区域规划、景观生态学等学科进行了全面论述,在对文化生态保护区规划特征剖析与总结的基础上,提出了以非物质文化遗产保护为核心,针对文化生态系统特征,将空间规划与文化生态保护规划有机结合的文化生态保护区规划模式。

Cultural ecological conservation area is an effective practice mode for the comprehensive protection of intangible cultural heritage in a region during recent years in China.As a new planning type,the method and technology of cultural ecological conservation area planning is not mature yet.First of all,this paper reviews the formation and development of the regional integrated conservation concept and summarizes the related disciplines including cultural ecology,cultural geography,urban-rural and regional planning,and landscape ecology,etc.On the basis of analysis and summary of planning characteristics in cultural ecological conservation area,this paper proposes a planning mode with intangible heritage protection as the core and taking full considerations on the cultural ecology system characteristics,which combines spatial planning and cultural ecological protection planning in an organic way.
