基于FCA的水利水电工程投标决策研究

摘要 水利水电工程项目投标决策关系到水电施工企业的经营和发展,故采用一定的方法来指导投标决策人快速、准确地做出决策是十分必要的。根据水利水电工程项目现状,采用FCA(模糊综合评价法)可对工程项目投标决策做出指导。 Bidding decision-making for hydraulic and hydropower projects is involved in the operation and development of hydropower operators,therefore,adopting certain methods to guide the bidding decision-maker to make quick and correct decision is very necessary.According to the status of hydraulic and hydropower projects,FCA can be used to guide decision-making for the projects.
