上杭县农村水电可持续发展问题调查与解决对策

Investigations and Countermeasures for Sustainable Development of Rural Hydropower in Shanghang County

为了全面了解农村水电发展现状,探索农村水电可持续发展的思路,促进农村水电站行业的升级,本文根据上杭县的工作实践,认真分析了小型水电站管理的现状,剖析了其存在的问题,提出了加强电价调整管理、提高水资源费率、办理工商营业执照、电工持证上岗等方面的对策建议。

In order to learn about comprehensive development status of rural hydropower,explore the approach for sustainable development of rural hydropower,and promote the upgrade of rural hydropower industry,based on the working practice of Shanghang County,this paper carefully analyzes the current status of small-size hydropower station and the existing problems,and comes up with countermeasure suggestions in terms of strengthening the management of electricity price adjustment,improving the rate of water resources,handling industrial and commercial business license and electrician working with qualification.
