摘要
以内蒙古地方铁路呼准运煤专用线1号桥墩为背景,根据桥墩顶帽托盘的裂缝分布情况,采用数显回弹仪测试裂缝分布严重区域的混凝土强度,用超声波检测仪对裂缝的宽度和深度做了检测,通过有限元软件ANSYS对出现裂缝的区域做了应力分析.根据现场观察到的裂缝分布情况和有限元分析的结果,提出了对1号墩的加固和处置意见.
With No.1 bridge pier in the inner Mongolia Coal railway as background , based on top hat crack dis-tribution in bridge pier tray , digital resiliometer was used for detecting concrete strength in crack densely-strewn area, supersonic detector was used for detecting width and depth of crack , and finally ANSYS is applied for pre-stress analysis .Through analysis on crack distribution and results from ANSYS , some advices are put forward to strengthen the No .1 bridge pier .
