摘要
随着经济、时代的发展,用电客户对供电服务提出了新的要求。从最初的满足生活、生产需要到现在的希望提供更多的用电信息服务和差异化服务,发生了颠覆性变化。本文对当前用电客户的需求进行了详细分析,从服务理念、电网建设、差异化等八个方面阐述了加强供电服务的对策,提出了供电企业只有紧跟时代步伐,坚持以客户需求为导向,坚持服务创新,才能持续赢得客户满意的观点。
Electricity customers raise new demands to power-supply service. Demanding changes switch from living and production needs to electricity information services and differentiated services. Current electricity customers' demands are analyzed in the presented work. Strengthening strategies for power-supply service are stated from service concept,power grid construction, differentiation and other five aspects. The viewpoints are presented for power supply enterprises to win customer satisfactions with customer-orientation and service innovation.
