摘要
大型超临界机组给水控制工艺复杂,控制回路之间相互耦合,存在干湿态控制工艺转换等问题,造成全程给水自动控制难度较大,设计基于自启停APS控制方式,通过优化APS设备级的顺序控制、功能组级的模拟量控制,设计自举投自动方式,实现了超临界机组全程给水控制要求,进一步提高了控制品质,实现机组安全稳定运行。
Large supercritical unit feed-water control is with complex process, interconnection within control circuits and processes switches between dry and wet controls, causing difficulties for automatic full-scale feed- water control. The design is based on automatic start-stop APS control. Automatic bootstrap is designed through optimized APS device-level sequential control and functional group level analog control, realizing supercritical unit full-scale feed-water control with higher control quality and unit safe and stable operation.
