摘要
污泥处理工艺中,需对原污泥添加药剂,文章选用Kenics型静态管道混合器(简称SK型管道混合器)对污泥与药剂进行混合。利用Gambit软件对SK型管道混合器内流体进行三维建模,结合Fluent软件选用Mixture多相流模型对管道混合器内污泥、药剂两相流进行模拟仿真,得到不同药剂流速下药剂相的体积分数云图,得出两相混合均匀所需混合单元数与药剂流速的关系曲线。通过实验验证,仿真与实验结果最大误差在10%以内,所分析的SK型管道混合器最佳药剂流速为1.0m/s时,两相混合均匀所需的混合单元数最少,为7.5个。
In the sludge treatment process ,it is necessary to add drug into the original sludge .In this paper ,Kenics static mixer(SK mixer) is selected to mix the sludge and the drug .The Gambit soft-ware is applied to setting up the three-dimensional models of the SK mixer ,and then the sludge-drug two-phase flow in the SK mixer is simulated by Mixture multiphase model method with the Fluent software .The concentration contour of drug at different drug velocities is acquired ,and the relation curve betw een mixing cell number and drug velocity w hen sludge and drug are mixed evenly is ob-tained .It is shown that the error between simulation results and experimental results is within 10% , so it is confirmed that the best drug velocity for the textual SK mixer is 1 .0 m/s ,and the mixing cell number needed is 7.5 .
