摘要
为了研究偏心缩套缸体的界面应力分布规律,建立了偏心缩套缸体的数学模型,通过工程实例计算与有限元结果对比,结果表明缸体界面压力模型理论值与有限元计算值相吻合。此外,由此数学模型可知偏心缩套缸体界面压力均沿圆周分布不均,且呈减小趋势。
For studying the interfacial pressure distribution regularity of shrink-fit cylinder with eccentricity,the mathematical model about interfacial pressure of shrink-fit cylinder with eccentricity was established. The theoretical value of the mathematical model was identical with the data of finite element analysis (FEA)by comparing the result that based on an actual project with that of FEA. Beyond that,it is known from the mathematical model that the interfacial pressure of cylinder represents uneven distribution,and decreases gradually around the circumference.
