摘要
提出了一种防止液压冲击的基本回路,实现压力的逐步升降来达到保护伺服回路的目的。分析了基本原理的可行性,通过采用AMESim液压分析软件对液压系统进行了建模仿真,分析了关键元件参数对基本回路的压力升降速率的影响。结果表明该基本液压回路具有保护伺服回路的作用。
A hydraulic basic circuit of preventing hydraulic shock was put forward,which arrived the aim of protecting a servo circuit by increasing and decreasing the pressure gradually. The feasibility of its basic principle was analyzed,and then a model of the hydraulic system was established with simulation by using hydraulic analysis software AMESim. The effect of some parameters of key components on the pressure increasing and decreasing rate of basic circuit was analyzed. The results show that the hydraulic basic circuit has the function of protecting the servo system.
