摘要
采用有限元分析软件Dynaform对司机门内板拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了产品成形的质量问题,依据模拟结果研究了凹模圆角半径R_凹、压边力BHF和拉深筋布置等因素对产品成形质量的影响,确定了单个参数对司机门内板成形的影响趋势,研究结果对缩短研发制造周期,降低制造成本具有重要作用。
The deep draw forming process of a driver door inner panel was numerically simulated by using the finite element analysis (FEA)software Dynaform,and the quality problems in product forming were analyzed. The product forming quality influence that resulted from concave die radius,blank holder force (BHF)and draw-bead layout was studied according to the simulation results. The influence trends of single draw forming factor of the driver door inner panel were confirmed. The study result has great significance to shorten the research and development cycle,and reduce the cost of manufacturing.
